What is the lead time?
It depends on the proudcts or the gel you customized, normally it's about 15-20 working days.
How long to customize a new formula or proofing samples?
Once confirm all the detailed information about the sample it takes about 3 days to finish a new formula if it's not so complicated. As the proofing samples of package normally about one week.
Is it safe to import or export gel products especiallly on the transportation?
We had exported a lot of gel products and have a lot of experience in clearing the customs, BTW, our gel products are FDA approved or CE approved .
What are the payment ways?
We accept TT bank, paypal, etc.
What is the amount we need to pay once we decide to make order?
Noramally 30-40 as deposit and the arrange the balance before shipping.
What are the available shipping terms?
